Need Some Blissful, Calming Music? Add This Spotify Playlist

Part of living simply is learning how to practice self-love methods. What better way to self-love then soothing, soft music with a warm cup of hot cocoa?

Music is pure bliss and there is nothing quite like the feeling you get when  just the right song plays at just the right time.

I have a Spotify account that was a gift from my brother, who pays for the subscription yearly! I am so grateful for this and it has been one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. Some days when I need to essentially  “chill out” and tone down my anxiety or re-energize myself after a rough day, I turn to the 30 songs listed below.

  1. It really depends on the mood I am in. I listen to so many different genres. One day I could be into 2 pac,bone thugs or dmx, the next I could be into symphonic metal like nightwish or epica. The great thing about music is there I so much of it to enjoy. I did see some lorde in your mix, I like lord. The music I like most is blues driven. Not necessarily blues but the emotion behind.
